Vinyasa yoga by $5-15 donation.
All proceeds go to Food Connects, Women’s Freedom Center, Turning Point of Windham County, and Windham Child Care Association. Live music accompanies some classes. Heal yourself, heal your community!

There will be no Tuesday yoga from June 1st through August 2019. Tuesday yoga classes will resume in September.
