Speech Writing & Presentation Workshop

In preparation for the June 5th World Environment Day event in Brattleboro, VT ‘Youth in Climate Action’, Dr. Julie Snorek from Dartmouth College will be offering a speech writing and presentation skills course, specifically for youth engaged in climate action. Attendees who are also presenting on June 5th should bring a 10-15 minute prepared speech about their personal and school-based activism. These we will hone and improve together throughout the training. Students will learn about how to hone their message to best convey to a layman audience, and how to get their point across to an audience.
